Mr G's Final Kub Kar Rally

Mr.G did really well with 3rd place in his final Kub Kan Rally considering his car jump the track and went flying off into the crowd. His car was absolutely perfect in his eyes. He patterned it after a Demolition Derby car. He wanted to make it look authentic so we painted it and roughed it up with sand paper to give it that beat up look.

Fall Sports

This Year, fall sports took us to a few different Volleyball tournaments. It was nice that Mr. W was able to take home a first place medal. He was truly amazing, and worked really hard learning a new sport.

Mr. G, dominated on the Flag Football field again this year, but this time is was at QB. He really enjoyed being able to throw the ball. He has a natural ability to read the players on the other team, so he was fabulous on defence as well.

Trying to keep warm on the side lines.

Archery

We have discovered a new, individual, sport that everyone seems to enjoy, and is excelling at.

Super Slime!

Nothing like a good ol' science experiment to kick off a new school year. This Nickelodeon slime kit worked like a champ. It was a big hit with everyone in the household.  An added bonus to it entertaining qualities is its surprisingly tremendous relaxing and calming effect.

Outrun A Dino

The Mystery Science experiment today was to see if the kids could outrun a dinosaur that was approximately the same size as they were. The conclusion was that they all had large enough steps to out run this particular dinosaur except little Miss A.

Skate Park

Science today was a little unconventional. You don't always have to be in a classroom to learn about simple machines. The kids had a blast experimenting with WHEELS, and INCLINED PLANES(RAMPS).  The weather wasn't the warmest, but that never stopped the kids from enjoying the skate park. Getting outside and enjoying the earth under your feet always make us feel better.  They would be here ever day if we lived closer.

Flag Football

MR. W played flag football this year. He loved every minute of it. The highlight of the season for him was his 2 long bomb touchdown passed he caught. He will make a great RECEIVER one day just like his dad. I love to see the light in my kids eyes when they get to participate in something they love.

Thanksgiving in the Park 2K15

We went to our cousins house to spend Thanksgiving as a family. The weather was so unbelievably nice we were in t-shirts. We enjoyed a wonderful picnic followed by games in the park.
